Constraints

• Raw output distinguishes an absent contribution from explicit JSON null.
• Valid keys include fixed leaves, known commands.<step>.<field> leaves, and safe worktreeEnv.<name> entries.
• The command works without GitHub authentication or a GitHub-linked repository.
