shipper test-references --allMatches include explicit quoted repository paths and static import, export, and require specifiers. Relative specifiers resolve from the test file; emitted .js specifiers can name TypeScript sources. Results distinguish matches, no direct references found, and an incomplete scan. An empty result does not rule out other failing tests. The view is advisory; dynamic and indirect effects are not detected, and complete pre-push verification still applies.
